Identity

DentroFuori ETS stems from the convergence of non-formal education and global citizenship education.

It is at this point of intersection that our identity takes shape. We believe in non-formal education as a catalyst capable of triggering a genuine process of inner transformation.

A form of learning that is structured yet free from the constraints of traditional education systems, and that develops within civil society, groups and communities.

An approach to education that adapts its objectives and methods to people’s real needs, prioritises personal and professional growth over mere certification, and promotes autonomy and active participation.

At the same time, we believe in global citizenship education. Not simply as one of the goals of the UN 2030 Agenda, but as a transformative journey that accompanies people throughout their lives. An education that reaches across every social sphere (family, school, the workplace and the community) and addresses the key challenges of our time:

  • human rights and social justice

  • intercultural and intergenerational dialogue

  • social and professional inclusion

  • identity building

  • the fight against discrimination and racism

  • a culture of peace and non-violence

  • environmental sustainability

  • media literacy…

An education rooted in dialogue, critical reflection and experience.

An education that places learners at its heart. For us, global citizenship education means contributing to the emergence of a community of citizens who are aware of their role in society: people who are able to navigate complexity, ready to take responsibility, and determined to exercise and promote their rights.

Vision

DentroFuori ETS aims to help build an active, inclusive and cohesive society, in which non-formal education serves as a tool for personal growth and social change, fostering the development of a community of global citizens.

Mission

DentroFuori ETS pursues the following goal:

To empower people to better understand themselves, others and the world around them, by developing skills, awareness and the capacity to participate and contribute to positive change in their communities.

Our DNA

DentroFuori ETS is the meeting point of diverse paths and complementary skills, but with a shared belief: education can generate real change. With a European identity and an international perspective, we build alliances and spaces for shared action to transform vision into impact.

Nicolas Lindon: Group Facilitator, Learning Designer and Project Manager

I am responsible for the strategic management and cross-cutting development of the association, as well as the design and operational delivery of its activities.
With many years of experience training young people and adults in a variety of contexts, I combine a multidisciplinary background (political science, social economics, migration, and interculturality, pedagogy) with facilitation and participatory educational design practices.

My curiosity, together with my constant engagement with realities and perspectives different from my own, has deepened my social awareness and strengthened my sense of responsibility as a citizen.

Nadia Kazadi: Communications Manager

I oversee the strategy and production of the association’s digital content, supporting communication efforts and promoting the identity of the association and its projects.

With extensive experience in corporate marketing and communication (both digital and traditional), I combine strategic and operational skills with a background in social sciences, humanities and business management.

My civic engagement and my personal experience as a young person of Afro-descent have reinforced my focus on social justice, representation and equal access to opportunities.
